Welcome to Panama City SPEAR!

Welcome to the Students Pursuing Engineering Applications and Robotics website. SPEAR is a student organization that was established at Florida State University Panama City (FSU PC) that’s comprised of STEM majors and other majors on campus. SPEAR is student led and has interests in engineering type projects and competitions that allow for, not just STEM majors, but all majors to gain work experience while going to school.

What makes SPEAR incredibly unique is that this organization is open to, not just FSU PC students, but to our neighboring institution’s students at Gulf Coast State College (GCSC). This wide range of student profiles allow for team building to incubate at an early stage and build stronger relationships across both campuses.

From Freshman to Graduate students, SPEAR is looking for new people to bring new ideas & potential competitions to make the higher education institutions of Bay County the #1 place for students looking to get an educational experience unlike any other. Welcome to Panama City SPEAR!
